We're pleased to announce that we will be transitioning ClearCloud support processes in line with UKFast in the next 7 days.
What does this mean for you?
The way that you request support via tickets will change, and will now be done via the MyUKFast customer portal or by emailing support@ukfast.co.uk or the existing support@clearcloud.co.uk.
Please view our helpful PDF guide (attached) for further detail and how to create an account for the first time. We have also detailed a few key points below:

When calling about an open support ticket, please remember to quote your ticket number.
Domain Changes
You may also notice domain changes for email addresses to @ukfast.co.uk - Please be assured that all @clearcloud.co.uk emails will be forwarded.
For customers that use Slack, this will continue to work in the same way.
For customers that communicate using Microsoft Teams, these will be transferred across into our UKFast channels.
Please note that Zendesk will be no longer in use from 2nd November 2020.
